I really don't know the scene . My first guess was going to be Mr. Smith Goes To Washington, simply because I knew James Stewart was in it and the picture seemed fitting.

However, I see Mr. Hitchcock in the background. I know it's not Rear Window, since Stewart was in a wheelchair and inside thru the film. I'll "guess" Vertigo, because I know Stewart was in that as well. However, I'm thinking he was in even more Hitchock films I'm not remembering right now.
