Compare their noses and ears, and Don Ciccio has a DeNiro-like mole on his face which doesn't seem to be as pronounced as our Mystery Man's. This match does seem to be the closest so far, but I've yet to be convinced...
True, the mole isn't as pronounced--it may have been more prominent when he was younger, or have been darkened for the camera. But for me, the convincer is the bag under the left eye.
