At last check on Amazon, it is in the top 50 - hovering around 45. Some independents are selling 'used' copies starting at $13.20. Amazon typically drops no lower than 40% off. If the hardback price stays between 40% to 50% off, it will probably not fall into the top 51-75 bestseller range. It will be interesting to see if the Christmas rush will make it a stocking-stuffer.

It has been out about 3 weeks - next week will be a good benchmark. What will also be interesting is to see how fast this goes to paperback. If the paperback price is $8 to $10, then sales will likely spike - that price makes GFR a relatively small risk.

Stay tuned - one good price drop will increase the number of reviews we get as more folks bite the bullet (it will certainly keep me from having to borrow a copy - hard to consistently get through it this way)
