I loved "The Missing Link". He used to pick up the ring steps in the middle of a match and hit himself over the head with them until he was bleeding heavily. If that didn't work, he'd remove the turn-buckle padding and bang his into the steel corner until that drew blood.

Here's an easier one. The original "Olympic Hero", before Kurt Angle. Another favorite of mine, who would swing his opponent into submission with "The Swinging Neck Breaker".
