Now that I think about it, I don't usually check the previous day's scores after the deadline, so that makes sense.

And the "official" scores are just based on changes in scoring, I'm assuming.

Which reminds me - Chase Utley's hit streak is up to 35 games, now. I'd heard a broadcaster mention that one play concerning him was originally scored an error, then the official scorer later changed it to a hit. He said that Utley got another hit, besides that, but that got me thinking...that kind of stuff can prove to be very important in something like this situation. I'd hate to have something like that taint the streak...

Then again, you're always going to have those possibilities in baseball, I suppose.
