My understanding of what you said is that because the Hornets don't have as many offensive threats as the Raptors more (defensive) attention is paid to Paul. If Paul was playing with a Bosh, or a Mike James, or a Morris Peterson or a Jose Calderon on his team, opposing teams would have to re-evaluate their defensive tactics when dealing with the Hornets. Since Paul and Mason pretty much run the show in N.O. there really is no one else to focus on for opposing teams, and you can basically double team both of them and take your chances with their other players.
