No it does not contain Sonny's funeral. I didn't know that such a scene existed. What I really wish was included on the DVD was the deleted scene of Bonasera complaining to his wife about having to provide the service to the Corleone's. He is worried about being killed by the other Families. It was in the Godfather Saga on television and came right before you see Bonasera waiting on the Don at the funeral home.
