"Are you nuts?" is not an insult, it's an exclamatory challenge to debate. "Dickhead" is defamatory; it does not add to the debate, and makes one appear too ignorant to debate. See the difference? And BTW, respect is earned.
I studied Italian for 2 semesters. Not once was a "C" pronounced as a "G", and never was a trailing "I" ignored! And I'm from Jersey! lol
