I'd love to see Kurt Angle vs Bret Hart. For me, the Excellence of Execution is the GREATEST technical wrestler of all time!

You know.. its funny. Just joking around, I said to Branden that ECW always does stuff better. Instead of hiring women who act like strippers, ECW did one better and actually hired a stripper..

Then the dumb bitch actually stripped. Other than that it was cool.

Sucks that its only 1 hour. I like that theres not thousands of promos and backstage storylines and stuff... but I'd like to see more wrestling.

And less stripping.

And I'm not just saying that because I'm a girl.

WHYYYY can't they just hire hot girls that actually WRESTLE?!?

Well she has a long time to train seeing as she's only 19.
But I swear they better use Justin Credible better and I was reading why they werent live tonight is because they saw ONS Sunday and they didnt want all the chants. So hopefully they can go live next week seeing as nothing like that happened.

She has no business being on a wrestling show if she can't even wrestle.

They might as well have set up a stripper pole in the middle of the ring.

I agree, that would have been a hoot. I saw Malenko twice live, and while we had beefsticks that gave uninspiring main event jobs(Lex Luger, Nash, etc.), he always was A-game. To think the best of both matches I saw was against another quite talented career mid-card man:

Both were professionals that knew, as only the best can provide, how to tell a story within the ring.

People though swear to me that the best House shows with Malenko was his assignments against his equal contemporary master tactical wrestler: Chris Beniot.

Anyway XXX, you remember back in the 1990s, that absolutely brilliant storyline involving the feud between Malenko and easily in my list of Top Ten Best Wrestlers of All Time That I've Seen: Chris Jericho, who asserted himself as the "Man of 1,004 Moves". Still, I'll never forget seeing Jericho going to the ring with his "Jericholic Ninjas", who were two sweaty fat middle-age dudes. Now that was a good rivalry of the kayfabe tradition.

Still, Malenko's career best that I witnessed was Slamboree, 1998. He entered a cruiserweight battle royale as a masked mysterious opponent, after being out of action for months.

To think there was originally a planned Malenko/Beniot match at sunday's ECW PPV, but nixed due to Beniot's injuries.

Speaking of Dean Malenko, Simon Dean's name is in tribute to him seeing as Dean Malenko's real name is Dean Simon.

You know, its funny, but at last night's ECW premiere, the Big Show had more pop from the crowd than Cena did, and remember folks, WWE itself thought the great ratings last week for the WWE/ECW special was because of Cena.

Does anyone know if Smackdown is playing tomorrow? I know a Yankee game is showing tomorrow night on UPN so I don't believe I'll get it, but I'm wondering if others are or not?

Vince McMahon refuses to accept that the 18+ male demographic (which makes up the majority of their viewers) absolutely despise Cena.

Like Orton...they're trying to groom Cena into the next "Rock" or "Stone Cold," our opinions be damned!

John Cena..."the most controversial champion in WWE history?" No...not hardly Vince...not hardly...

I'd rather see Cena than Orton, I'll tell ya that much. But WWE has ALWAYS shoved wrestlers down our throats (a la The Undertaker and JBL on Smackdown), while other wrestler's NEVER receive a push (a la Chris Beniot, RVD, Booker T, etc)

So how do you all feel about JBL replacing Tazz on SD! I for one think it will be great because JBL is gold on the mic.

No I never liked him as Bradshaw either. I never liked the hick (except for when he was with Farooq as the Acolytes). But I still never bought that whole "closeline from hell" as a finisher

Ah, well that just so happens to be the particular 'Bradshaw' I'm talking about :p I'm not big on the Closeline from Hell myself, either.

This is in major development, but...

...it looks that yours truely will add on his duties at ANDERSONVISION and become a wrestling column writer for a new website coming soon: SportsBastards.com

Anyway, if any other "wrasslin" fans here want to care to join my new enterprise, as maybe special guest posters or whatever, let me know ASAP.

"We have 2 words for ya: SUCK IT!"

Of course, I wouldn't be surprised if on the PPV sunday, a certain duo comes back by "surprise" to help fight off the Spirit Squad....Who ya gonna call?

Well tonight's RAW was actually entertaining...for once. It's been getting stale for the past few months (the "God" storyline...and this stupid new "Kane")...the whole D-X thing actually went over pretty damned good, IMO. Maybe it's just "nostaliga", but I haven't enjoyed RAW this much in a long time.

It'd be GREAT if the New Age Outlaws came to D-X's rescue...I just don't see it happening. Both Jesse James (BG James) and Billy Gunn (Kip James) are under contract with TNA. But hey...stranger things have happened...and Vince McMahon is loooooooooooooooooooooaded (in my best Ron White voice).

First of all I think JR is great. He always makes me laugh. For example he said Nitro's coat was made of road kill.

The Spirit Freaks getting slimed was great. And the midget Spirit Squad were funny mooning the spirit freaks.

Wasn't Chyna part of DX? Do you think she will help them out?

Sure, if the WWE can discover which piss-soaked gutter she's passed out in within the limits of Los Angeles.
