I bought my son the WM22 dvd. I was watching the HOF dvd with him and I can't believe how different Bobby the Brain looks. Has he been sick? That's a good dvd. I enjoyed watching HBK kicking Vince and Shane's ass. And seeing Shane joining Vince's kiss my ass club was hillarous. Listening to JR's commentary was funny also.

I hope that the Big Show will come back to WWE and the Spirit Squad Freaks will take his place in the ECW.

Those of you who watched Smackdown last night, is Rey staying with WWE or going to ECW?

Yes I believe he had throat cancer and that's why he doesn't sound the way he used to

Oh don't say that. I seem to be the only one on here but I like the Spirit Squad (they're funny)

Makes me wonder will Raw come up with a new heavyweight title or will Cena get a rematch and hopefully bring it back to the WWE side?

I think they'll introduce the "old" WWE title

Also, does anyone know how long ECW's show is tomorrow (1 or 2 hours)? Also, what is it called? ECW's what?

I totally called it. I was watching it with my brother, who is 12 and has only heard of DX.. He hasn't seen them in action.. and he said Trips was going to find his sledgehammer.

I said no.

HBK is coming out. Its the perfect time. Its happening tonight.

Then he came out.

And I swear tears were forming in my eyes.

I'm still in shock.

I'm so pumped.

D-X.

Degeneration X.

AHHH.

I had a feeling that HBK would come out and help HHH. I loved it when HHH shows his ass to Vince.

Ok someone help me out here. Why is Flair so pissed at Foley? At vengence I hope Mick takes his barbed wire bat to Flair's head.

Good show tonight except for the diva's water match.

Mignon, well basically in reality, leaving the kayfabe behind, Ric Flair did in fact reportedly call Foley a "glorified stuntman". In response, I remember Bret Hart in his column at the time then proceeded to lay the smack at Flair for using the same ring routine in all of his matches.

Besides, the idea of Flair being the "wrestler" against the massive blob of a brawler of Foley....hey, for a PPV mid-card fight, it should be decent enough heat for it.

Doesn't anyone think its ODD that the whole D-X "reunion" happened with a whole hour left to go in the program?

Fuck, even the "finale" of Cena beating up those ECW guys(though really, I can't take him laying out Justin Credible of all people with ease.) had at best 25% of the buzz and crowd pop as the "reunion".

Better yet, who read that supposed report that WWE's brass actually believed that Cena was the biggest reason why the WWE/ECW special last week had good rating numbers? Really, I guess the same geniuses behind the XFL are using this logic.

Anyway, my predictions of SMACKDOWN! possibly being "merged" with RAW by the WWE might be coming ahead. The "magazines" of RAW and SMACKDOWN! have been halted, with a simple WWE rag to cover both. Ummm....

Man, at the ECW PPV the other night, my new favorite sign:

"If Cena wins, We Riot"

Considering some of the faithful, that isn't an empty threat.

Well, Flair's body does make me wince.

However, who remembers that RAW match many many many months back with Flair and Angle? While Angle is truely a wrestling machine, and Flair about as convincing as the President and "Mission Accomplished", they still did a good match overall, or at least much more interesting than one would think.

Better yet, that ladder match where RVD won the "title shot/money in the bank" gimmick, Flair did better than expected to me, especially in such a thing as a Ladder Match of all things.

I saw the replay of Cena's match with RVD at the ECW PPV, and I tell ya, the heat in that building was insane. Besides the now-legendary "If Cena Wins, We Riot" sign, I loved it when Cena threw his shirt into the crowd, and some dude who caught it threw it back. Whatever it was scripted or not, it was good storytelling.

ECW will be on the Sci-Fi channel for only 12 or so weeks, which then according to plan, it'll jump to the USA Network.

So far, its not bad. I mean Sandman, drunk and dangerous as always, took out "The Zombie" in 5 seconds, though I wonder if that silly shit was like a slap at the WWE with their cartoonish nonsense.

Though Angle wrestling with Justin Credible for 4 minutes was disapointing. Really, I thought ECW was supposed to bring 15-minute matches for our pleasure, instead of cheap pops for some WWE PPV.

Glad to see Sabu win the battle royal. That match was just screaming "BIG SHOW BIG SHOW!!!" Here's hoping that Sabu completely eviscerates John Cena.

But besides the Angle match and the Battle Royal...it really wasn't a very impressive showing. ECW just BEGS to be 2-hours long. 1 hour just isn't enough.

I'm sure it'll get better as the weeks go by, though. Hopefully when they make the jump to USA, USA will grant them a 2-hour time slot.

"Growing up my dad was like 'You have a great last name, Galifianakis. Galifianakis...begins with a gal...and ends with a kiss...' I'm like that's great dad, can we get it changed to 'Galifianafuck' please?" -- Zach Galifianakis

That squash match with Justin Credible was disappointing. I hope this was just a one time thing with him trying to show Angle off, I heard Angle was gonna sorta do like a MMA in ECW and that looks true. But Justin is to good to be in these squash matches. lol thats the best name in wrestling, Justin Credible, I love it.

And that new diva, damn she's smoking hot.

Well, turns out Sandman wasting "The Zombie" is a new gimmick, where the legendary skull-fucking madman lays waste to insultingly bad gimmick wrasslers.

Really, I agree in that ECW is a 2 hour show, not a 1 hour teaser. But once the Sci-Fi Channel contract runs out in 11 weeks, it'll move to USA and get what it needs...hopefully.

Still, this new Angle for some reason reminded me of another great technical mat wrestler:

It was weird hearing Kurt Angle's music and the fans not saying 'you suck'. What do you think that Paul has in mind for Monday night on Raw?
