I think about it all the time. I'd love to see the scene where Michael marched into Fabrizzio's pizzeria and blew him away with his own lupara. Also, there must be about 50 hours of film from GFIII in some cutting room somewhere that, if put together intelligently, would actually give it a better, more coherent plot.
