We won last night, 40-33 . It was definitely a shoot-out. I had my longest punt return of the season (39 yds) and...

My first TD of the season! A 24 yd catch!

Awesome Freddie. Glad to hear about the win, and nice touchdown.

Turi,

We have a rule in America. You must be able to pronounce correctly the names of all the players on your team.

I want to hear "the Brit" say Houshmandzadeh!!!! :p

Looks like I gotta change my team name again! I've been trying to figure out how much I can get if I sold my team. $5? Maybe $10?

Man!! The kicker I picked up sucked!!!

I hope Tynes doesn't make me regret dumping him tomorrow night!

EDIT: Ouch!! I have McNair on BOTH my leagues and I am playing Volek on the other, dumped him on this one.

Not knowing what the McNair "emergency" backup QB situation was gonna be, I last-minuted Rattay into my lineup on this one, so I wouldnt have Volek in both. Rattay better not let me down tonight!

Volek is doing pretty good! Didnt Doucheman laugh at me for having him as my starting QB?

I have about 30+ people at my house for a party. 2/3 of them are Cowboy fans. I tell them I am playing a Cowboy fan...they are all now rooting for the Iceman.

ha! They are all fantasy freaks. They all use my computer to check their scores. It is a combo birthday/football day party. You could say we are ALL online.

I had a PM here. I responded. I'm outtie now.

The stat-tracker calls. Niner game in 35 minutes. Just enough to replenish the food and beverage.

GO NINERS!!!!! :p

I believe the scoring is setup for a -3 for a missed FG

15 points is a lot for a kicer but Commissioner DoucheBag has made this a scoring league so you never know. And with the way my weekend has gone I can see some late OT FG to clinch you a win.

Naw - I think the name 0-4skins is too good to lose, I'm gonna hold onto my league.

It was nice to see my last minute change from Trent Green to Kerry Collins pay off for me. Now Collins is really a DoucheBag Sometimes in this game - thinking too much is a bad thing.

If there's one player who can get 25 pts, it's Priest Holmes.

But in another way he better not have that good of a day, cause if he does, then that could only mean Baltimore's defense whom I have on this boards fantasy team. Would've sucked.

No one to blame for this loss but myself.

16 more points sitting on my bench.

Stuckey instead of Warrick Dunn? .
WTF was I thinking.

I hope Lewis and Gonzo go crazy tonight, so I don't feel so bad.

Jamal - get the yards and TD's but please lose the game. The Steelers could do with a little headstart in the division. Oh yeah don't forget to write when you're locked up.

You caught me on a week when my head wasn't properly screwed on, mate.

Whilst that won't happen again, I don't believe I'll have a chance to play you again, as I know you won't be making the playoffs. I guess I'll have to settle for some stick, instead. :p

Please, please don't let Priest Holmes do good tonight...I was expecting to get slaughtered this week, and by gum, at least I put up a respectable score to stay in the hunt.

No I'll will against the PFL, but I need my fellow republicans to cross their fingers and hope Preist has a night w/ less than 25 points

Where's the Commissioner?

WHERE'S THE COMMISSIONER?

I demand a ruling.

No politics should be allowed in the fantasy sports threads.

"My fellow Republicans." Sounds like a campaign speech.

I say that's "illegal procedure", and demand a 5 point penalty.

I agree with you, Plaw - a 5 point penalty will be enforced on DJ during Week 6.

Since I have no players playing in tonight's MNF game, I might as well concentrate on next week.

Checking on next week's schedule

Looks like I have a bye week next week.

Very funny, DoucheBag!

I gotta keep the "4" in my name, so next week it'll have to be "1-4skins" :p

That may be true, I may be lucky to hit a .500 record by the end of the season. But at least JG and Pat are guaranteed wins.

But expect some competition in the salary cap game.

Here's a couple of things I know are true:

  • How do you keep Pats Packers out of your yard - put up goal posts.
  • Plaw will give an equally lame excuse in the coming weeks when he loses?
  • And how 'bout them Steelers? Are they for real, we're bound to find out in the next few weeks with a tough schedule, well, after the Browns.

And I'm Turi Giuliano, please remember to watch me on the Yahoo Fantasy Football thread, only on the GBB.

Man, Turi is already making fun of Pat and Pat's not even his opponent next week.

If anyone should be made fun of, it should be my next opponent/bye week, the Porkster! :p

Version of Turi's joke...

How do you keep Pork's team out of your yard?

Call it an "Endzone".

Good game by Priest. Although he didn't get quite enough, I can't complain with 18 pts.
