Do what Castro did in Cuba. Empty our prisons and give all our major problems over to that region so they can start a new start over there.
We could send 100 thousand of them and would save billions in our budget. It takes about 50 thousand a year to keep them locked up. so $50,000 X 100,000 bad asses= $5,000,000,000.
