No, how about computer problems dam family downloaded something and screwed up not one but two computers here at home. I am now down to a laptop with phoneline that keeps kicking me off and takes five times the time to do anything... It sucks and is no laughing matter. Sooner or later it happens to everyone I guess. Dam I hate it tho.
it is hard to get help if you can't get online.
