I'm not gonna look up the cap values, but I seem to remember that with the Baltimore PS it was 51.7, so sacrifices had to be made somewhere...
Some took Newhan instead of Mora. I figured with two lefties going for Seattle, Newhan might not play both games. DB took Roberts & Lamb, instead of Boone & Hairston. Buffy took Ledee instead of Ibanez CB took Wells and FS took DeJesus instead of Winn SC took Varitek & Crisp instead of Javy & Winn
I figured out of all the guys in the "ideal lineup", the one least likely to play both games was Palmiero, given that Seattle was pitching two lefties, and Palmy hasn't hit lefties for shit this year.
Of course, I could be wrong, but that's how I figured it
