By the way, the American Independance is a huge thing, it's a great peice of history and deserves to be celebrated yearly by the American people. We can't do anything but respect that. But why would any person be sulking, wishing 1776 didn't happen? That's over two hundred years ago. We don't care. We had to give up half of our Empire in the last hundred years - I don't care about it. I don't even care about the Falklands conflicts (although we didn't lose that one) and that was in my lifetime.
