"L" and I were stuck in traffic on the Belt Parkway (some moron decided he wanted to run around on the parkway, and the police completely stopped traffic) listening to the game. When the Sox scored the two runs in the 8th I started yelling at the top of my lungs, the people in the next car looking over to see what the hell was going on.
I know I'm building myself up for a big letdown (The curse of the Babe) but like Michael so aptly put it, "Just when I thought I was out of it, they pull me back in".
BTW - It took me 5 minutes to type this message....I'm having severe time delay problems in this thread.
