Most of the time double heads blow anyway,watch them get double negative numbers or break even at best! Rain is always a must on double header days and it is Saturday, you know how you work all week and then it rains on the weekends!

Actually, you're not too far off the mark, FS.

There have been several doubleheaders already, and a few of them worked out really poorly for one team or another.

Still, it's hard to fight off that plus 54 you start off with on a pitching staff.

I'm not part of the "Fantasy League Three" conspiracy, but I would have definitely had the Phils PS today, plus at least a few offensive players.

I just forgot.

What a lousy day yesterday. Noone's ps really did anything earth shattering. Maybe we should have taken the Orioles. :rolleyes: Time for me to do an impersonation:

I'm starting to hate this game.

I saw the weather too, but I'be been not picking offense because of the weather, and by God, they've played anyway. It poured down rain here yesterday, and the game still went on, so you can never tell. I went out to dinner with my sisters last night and she was parked in the parking lot at Camden Yards. Walking past the crowds of people at the stadium I saw maybe one person with an Orioles jersey. Everyone else had Red Sox jerseys on. This world is messed up!

Sure no one wants to admit that they are for Baltimore-

Pl Sure there is a chance for good numbers, and taking that chance is always a smart move, But like Tessio the smart move isn't always the best move. Only time will tell. I would not have picked it if they were playing a single game, so I factor that in when looking at the double header.

But then again, I wasn't to happy with any of the matchups, so I just left my team stand.

If it is one thing we have learned- Anyone team can beat another on any day.

I don't know, FS. I'd rather have 8 ABs of Jim Thome at home against two mediocre righthanders, than 4 ABs of Jeff Connine.

I see the threesome have loaded all there eggs in one basket with players too. Maybe I should have looked at it some more. Truth is I was so beat from a long day and a few extra beers the last couple of nights made me lazy.

I think that happens when you are on top- and thats is why you don't stay on top for long in real life if you don't watch out each and every day-
