Didn't Joe Adcock once hit 4 homers and a double in a single game? That's 18 TB, plus at least 4 runs and 4 RBIs. That's a total of 26. Any extra RBIs from the homers would add to that total. It would be tough to beat that.
Wait...Didn't Mark Whiten have a 4 homer 12 RBI game a few years ago? That's at least 32.

A perfect game, 27 Ks, and a win would equal 59 pitching points. Obviously, that's never happened, but as a basis for comparison, here's a believable extra inning game:

18 innings, one earned run, 9 hits, 2 walks, win, would be 45 points.

The longest game in history, I think, was a 26 inning 1-1 tie. So that would be 75, minus the hits and walks.
