CK is probably the pitcher. If his boy is at bat, he's probably often getting thrown the high hard one, getting "fisted", or being pitched up-and-in. He may hit a nubber that gets through as he rounds the bases...

I'm sure he feels high like a "can of corn" when all's said and done.
