It's knowing the tracks and drivers. For Daytona and Talladega you pick Dale Earnhardt Jr. and Michael Waltrip cause they "own" the tracks. Road courses have only a few drivers who do well at them, so you know who to pick. If those drivers are expensive you just pick cheaper guys just to fill up the roster. And you NEVER pick John Andretti, Steve Park or Kyle Petty cause they never do squat.

I don't get this. Of all players, 16.6% picked Anaheim, 4.5% picked Philly. Huh? Only 21% of players picked a PS today??

Look at how many people joined our league and dropped out. I'd guess people start the season, fall behind, lose interest, and stop playing.

Yes, every day I get excited at the prospect of not paying 8 million bucks for pitching, but alas...gotta go with my gut sometime. And three days in a row, I have spent EVERY penny.

And Bethie - I have never smacked you for any other valid reason on the basis of friendship but I LIKE the Yankees. About the only AL team out there that I can stomach and I respect. I watched that game last night, it was like watching The Bad News Bears in the Outfield. The only thing that could've made it better for me would be to have picked Houston. But who in their right mind woulda done that??

I don't know, either. I was so unhappy with that lineup until I saw the results It's mostly the same today (damn $8m PS), but I doubt they'll come close to yesterday's numbers...

Oh, I mean to say... Yeah, of course they did well! I spent hours researching every one of those guys and confidently predicted they'd all do well that one night! No luck involved, just total skill!
