I am closer to you PL than you think. Yet, you dont seem threatened by me or my ways. I have you figured out, your logic and all, and I wont hesitate to exploit them all for my gain.

This ain't poker, baby. Knowing how your opponent plays doesn't help. My strategy and logic are superior... ...all you can hope to do is copy them and get lucky, like BDD did yesterday.

And BTW, I've been studying your moves, and there are a few things I'm doing that you haven't caught onto yet :p

Man, I'm pissed the St Louis weather looks much worse than NY's. And to read this right now: "Williams has never defeated the Cubs, going 0-3 in five appearances" - argh! Then again, Clement is winless over St Louis, so one of those records may change if this game is played :rolleyes:

I hear ya. I've been doing this for years (believe it or not ), and even KNOW the strategy of the best players this game, but I've been stubborn in my thinking. I do normally end the season around 90%, but I'm struggling this year.

I have recently changed my strategy, though (as for offense at least). PS is still a gamble, regardless of who's pitching, or who you're playing. Like, who'd've thought Cleveland (so far) would be on top today for PS? And Royals, at -45 pts

That's not the way anyone on the leaderboard plays it.

That's why I said "but I've been stubborn in my thinking" And it still totally makes sense to me, cuz after so many weeks, you'll never be able to afford him again. But of course, the "little guys", on any given day, can hit 2 homers or whatever. It's greatly a matter of luck, of course. But I've been trying to do it like the pros lately, so we'll see how it goes.

Plus I'm a Cubs fan.

My desired outcome is that Prior pitches a 20 K, complete game shutout giving up only 3 or 4 hits, all to Pujols.

Roughing it up one on one, toe to toe would have been good. Truth be told, I had Loaiza picked, but I remember last week how he got me 35 points and figured to pick him today would be some kind of jinx.

However I made my Atlanta pick early in the day and damned the weekends when I am not at home and around 11 pm last night, had a thought and wanted to change - but alas didnt make it home before the deadline.
