I manage my CAP very well thank you...money has never been an issue on whom I wanted to choose as my pitching staff. In fact, I almost ALWAYS have money left over and that is damn good and almost unheard of for a woman (to have surplus money and not spend it all? ) I'm not sold on the idea that only the most expensive are the only ones that can get you points.
