When the Dodgers moved out of Brooklyn (and the Giants left, too) the only team left in town was the Yankees. They were always the enemy, so I was "teamless" for a few years. I TRIED rooting for the Mets, but they were pitifully poor in the first few years and in 1964 my brother's friend, Rico Petrocelli, was drafted by Boston. I've been a fan since.
