You seem to have the idea, except for one thing: You picked Antowan Jamison, who's not playing today. You should only pick guys who are scheduled to play on the particular day for which you are selecting a team.
If you notice, if there is no opponent's team name listed to the right of the player's name, that means that the player is not playing that day.
That's gonna be especially important once the playoffs start, since all the teams will not be playing every day.
