That's okay - there's less performance anxiety now :p

I studied Italian for 2 semesters. Not once was a "C" pronounced as a "G", and never was a trailing "I" ignored! And I'm from Jersey! tongue lol

Who had performance anxiety??

Once again, I think there's pills for that. Pork, maybe you should head over to the "Offseason Baseball Thread" for the discussion about a couple of days ago! :p

The discussion about free agency and salary arbitration, right?

I could see where a guy in the last year of his contract and about to become a free agent might suffer from performance anxiety. But I didn't know there were pills for that.

That's cool.

Welcome, Patrick.

Any questions on how to play, feel free to ask.
If you make any fundamental mistakes, we'll help you out at the beginning. No strategy tips though.

And we're here chatting every day. Really builds up one's post count, although you don't seem to need much help in that area. :p

A few rules, however

1) No discussing rap music or quoting rap music lyrics
2) No discussing video games
3) No discussing Scarface

To the rest of the group:

Let's all give Patrick a rousing Gangster BB Fantasy Basketball League welcome.

There's only one thing I've got to say about the scores yesterday. Sometimes you're the windshield, and sometimes you're the bug. And I got majorly squashed.

Some analogy. I don't know that I'd ever want to be the windshield. I might even rather be the bug.

WINDSHIELD
1) Made out of glass, so everyone can see right through me
2) Extremely breakable
3) Squashed bugs and shit all over me
4) Wiper blades raking across me
5) Registration and inspection stickers and stuff stuck to me.

BUG
1) Fly around all day, nice and free
2) All the sex I want from other bugs of my species
3) Able to sneak into the movies without paying
4) Don't have to spend a lot of money on clothes
5) All the food I want, just lying there on the street

You don't seem to like to do alot of touching lately. Maybe you can ask FS if they make a pill for that.

Neither is/has anyone else.

I do understand that another company has come out with a pill so Viagra is no longer the only one on the market. Both are blue I understand.

I hope all is well with you. I see that you are near the top in this league and yes Beth, Pee-lawrence has softened up a bit. so it seems!

Lots to talk about with baseball already. Many changes I think. Please don't wear yourselves thin with the football and basketball leagues. I don't want anyone to have a problem when we start in the spring. That is if everyone is playing?

Happy Holidays to all of you and may it be a safe and happy time of year!

From your mouth to God's ears. Sixteen minutes.

Don't worry FS, my impending basketball championship (offset by the ass-kicking I go in football), will have nothing to do with baseball.

I'll be there to defend both my first half championship, as well as my overall points title.

Of course, I know that I won't have too much competition from you, since you'll drop out as soon as the going gets tough. :p

Yes, I just happened to be on the threads this today.

I'm resting up. You know I think Americans do to much holiday partying. I hate to say no to people when they invite you to join them for some good times.
I am thinking of gathering up all the food dishes and such that I have seen and shared and print a small but clever book. My lord there are some great and unique dishes, sauces and dips here in Central New York. Many people from around the world come here with the university and all.

As you know I am not much of a writer so I will be the one to compile them and let someone else do the interesting chatter that is needed on each page.
I thought this may be a great fun raiser for one of the old mans group for next year. After all who isn't in love with good food and who doesn't want some new and different things to try. So if you have any that you would like to share, drop me a line. I could fit in under dishes from grumpy old men!

Don't worry, I will be rested for baseball. We have just three more weeks in Football and then I will rest up till the first game. Since I don't have to worry about the b-ball boys I can enjoy myself until then. Sit back and read the sport pages.

Sorry that I have not been around for you to pick on. I just don't know where the days go.

Just a couple more weeks to Christmas and then another new year. That reminds me I have to pick some stuff up at the cleaners for the weekend. Dam, there is always something. I hope you are sleeping well and not getting up every few hours. After all a guy needs to get some sleep if he plans on looking good for the ladies. or manage fantasy sports.

I will have to tell you about this sweet instructor who helps me at the gym. My lord some people are just born with good genes and a great body. The rest of us have to work our guts off! I just love to watch the older guys looking at her while she does her thing. Makes the old workout go that much faster.

Based on your busy life, I'd suggest amphetamines

Yeah, just the other day Bethie was wondering where you were.

You're not too clear here. Which makes the "old workout" go faster?

a) Watching her, or
b) Watching the older guys watch her

I hope it's "a"

Happy holidays. Say "Hi" to "pop"
