Logic tells me that in a group of 4097, the chances of two people picking the same team is 4097/4096.

In a group of two, the chances are 1/4096.

So in a group of eight, wouldn't the chances be 8/4096?

This is kind of like an old parlor trick. Get 30 people together, and it's almost certain that two of them will share a birthday
