Only one controller included was expected, if I'm not mistaken it has always been that way. At least with all the Nintendo systems, don't know about Sony - Microsoft - Sega.

Kinda hypocrite of Nintendo. In the Cube era they bash Microsoft and Sony for being online (= not social) while they stress the importance of actually playing together in the same room because you socialize that way.
And now they do everything to make you not play together.
