In Japan the PS3 comes one week ahead of the Wii. In the USA I think the Wii will be a little ahead (not sure though). In Europe the PS3 will not launch till march 2007 and even that date is uncertain. When the Wii will launch in Europe will be revealed today or tomorrow.
