You start the game as the movie ended, killing all the people in the mansion. You get away from Miami for several months. You go back and forth between Miami, a fictional island chain based on the Bahamas, and Bolivia. Verbal abuse is in the game (taunt button) and can be used in gun fights.

Blind Rage
This feature is based on Tony's temper outbursts. You will be forced into it in the opening gun fight. "It's like a smart bomb, where you're just clearing out a room of enemies."

Kingpin
Aside story missions, you'll be rebuilding your drug empire from buying/selling to creating stores and such.
