Modern Time-So? The 80's setting rocked, way better than Liberty City [/b][/quote]City- Liberty looked like a place were brutal crimes could happen. Vice City looks like a picnic area.
Story- Need to play it.
Cars- Banshee, Mafia Sentinel, Diablo Stallion, etc., etc., etc., etc.
AI- Don't know.
What is for sure: for what I had heard and read the gangs in VC suck? Bikers? Golfers? Surfers? Nothing compared to the Mafia, the Colombian Cartel, the Yakuzas, the Traids
