yeah etheral, buy yourself a copy of GTA3. it's way better than vice city. it has a better story, better city, better gangs, better cars, the cops have better a.i. (which makes better police chases. the fact that there are alot of hills helps too), plus it was in modern time! the only thing it lacks is the extra features and better graphics vice had.
