yeah etheral, buy yourself a copy of GTA3. it's way better than vice city. it has a better story, better city, better gangs, better cars, the cops have better a.i. (which makes better police chases. the fact that there are alot of hills helps too), plus it was in modern time! the only thing it lacks is the extra features and better graphics vice had.

no problem man. wasn't impling being rude if thats what you thought (i know how these confusions can start up online). if you have x-box they comeout for that in a douplepack on november 4t. i'm buying an x-box just for that because i'm sure they're be improvments for gtaIII for that. (the graphics look amazing) they got rid of the biggest thing that ennoyed me too, which was the fact that everyones chest was divided into 3 sections. i thought that always kind of made them look like action figures.

Cars- Banshee, Mafia Sentinel, Diablo Stallion, etc., etc., etc., etc. AI- Don't know. What is for sure: for what I had heard and read the gangs in VC suck? Bikers? Golfers? Surfers? you sound like my kind of a GTA gamer gambino. vice city is cool, fun, and does happen to be based on one of my favorite films, but i always find myself coming back to GTA3. plus GTA3 has so many more gangs that all hate each other and all hate you so it's always fun to lure a bunch into one place and start a big masacure. to day i got into a fight with some yardies, yakuza, and colombian cartels over by the construction site.

well vice city has better graphics and better featers (aircrafts, bikes, decapitatable people, more ineriors etc.) and that is fun to fool around with after getting 100% (which i have done) 3 had a better city, story, gameplay, cars, gangs, and it's fun to just go around and get into gunfights with other gangs because thay all hate you! but it's good that vice city isn't like tha... its a good change. plus i like the fact the only one gang hates you in vice because in 3 you cant get shit accomplished without dying.
so 3 is better for killing sprees and such, but vice city is good for overall just fooling atound.
