Mikey Palmice was a Mafia consigliere on the HBO TV series, The Sopranos. He was played by Al Sapienza. Mikey Palmice was Corrado "Junior" Soprano's main trigger man and he was almost always beside him. He was a major character in the first season. He wanted to take care of any opposition to Junior, including Tony Soprano and Christopher Moltisanti in order to help Junior become the boss. He worked alongside Chucky Signore, another of Junior's top cronies. Mikey advised Junior to take care of business and not allow anyone to step over him. He killed Brendan Filone while Junior watched, triggering a war between Junior and Tony, resulting in Junior being made boss of the DiMeo family. Mikey was beaten by Tony because of the hit. When Uncle Junior discovered that three of his capos--Tony, Jimmy Altieri and Larry Boy Barese--along with New York Underboss Johnny Sack were meeting at Green Grove Retirement Community, he believed he was being conspired against and odered Mikey to have Tony taken out.

Uncle Junior had originally set the order in motion, but it didn't work out, since Tony was able to survive the assassination attempt and even kill one of his assailants in self defense. Tony later decided to get rid of both Chucky and Mikey in order to cut Junior's ability of attempting another hit on him. Tony shot Chucky himself and Mikey Palmice was killed after being chased down and shot by Chris and Paulie. Mikey tried to blame it all on Uncle Junior, even Brendan's death. But Chris made it well known. "My friend Brendan, you shot him in his bathtub naked, no way to run." And with that, Paulie and Chris let loose a ton of bullets, piercing Mikey's body and leaving him dead in a puddle in the middle of the woods. Shortly afterwards, Tony either destroyed dissident survivors from Junior's crew, i.e. Philly Parisi, or kept those whom he knew he could control such as Gigi Cestone and Bobby Bacala. Uncle Junior himself was only saved by being indicted by the federal government. Thereafter, Tony solidified his position as boss of the family by taking most of Junior's business from him, but allowing him to keep his title as boss.
