As far as the dream sequence goes, once I knew that Tony getting shot wasn't all a dream, I could buy into the fact that this is what he's "dreaming" while in a coma. A series of events (no wallet, ID, money, etc), basically losing his identity. When the doctor told him he had alzheimers, that was the icing on the cake. I am wondering if he'll wake up a "different" person????

You know what. I didn't even notice how Tony was dressed. But yea, he didn't have his usual Tony Soprano shirt on did he. As far as Vito farting...yea, AJ did that a couple seasons ago. Must be a guy thing.
