The 5th circle of hell
Me and my beautiful bride got my mother to watch the baby tonight. So we decided to get a bite to eat. We walked instead of driving up to the Blvd because it was so nice out. We saw a lot of trucks and food carts outside all along the Blvd. We asked a cop what was going on. He said they were filming the Sopranos. So me and my wife walked down a side street and saw Tony Soprano and his sister Janice filming a scene outside in the street. Janice was wearing a bathrobe, don't know why. So after a half hour they were finished so we went to get some food. When we were done we were told by another cop that they were about to film some more scenes outside the La Cibelas restaurant. It is a Spanish restaurant that they use for Artie Boucos restaurant. I have seen film trucks outside of it before but nothing like this. There were traliors all over the place and lines of people about ten deep standing behind police tape. We saw Tony again but this time he was filming a scene with Paulie Walnuts in the parking lot. After watching for awhile me and my wife left. We were going to stay to try to get a few autographs but the baby had to be picked up. Maybe next time. They are always filming the Sopranos in my neighborhood so I will get an autograph one day.

I woke up this morning with nothing to do and went to bed with only half of it done.

Excellent! Man, I can't imagine how weird that must be, to watch Gandolfini as Soprano, and not Soprano.

How cool DS! I had the opportunity a couple times to see filmings of movies while I was in Hollywood. It's interesting & fun to watch. Did you happen to see Carmella? :p Too bad you didn't have a camera handy hu?

Carmella was not there. I was telling my wife that I wish there was a store near by so I could get a camera and shoot some pictures! There were no stores open that sold them though.

Funny you ask that question because my wife is a huge fan of the show. That is one of the reasons how we got together in the first place before we were married. My sister and my wife used to be roomates and I would go over their house every Sunday to watch the show and after awhile me and my wife just started to hit it off. We started to date and the rest is history.

At the wedding, the best man introduced them to my wife as the "real" Tony and Carmella!
