Here are some possibles. A. A copy of Godfather 3, though not exact in all respects but, Meadow gets shot in a hit attempt at Tony. B. Carmella and Tony have a knockdown, drag-out fight and AJ shoots Tony. C. Paulie, Christopher and Silvio shoot Tony on the boat the way Pussy got whacked. Whoever exalts himself will be humbled, whoever humbles himself will be exalted - Matthew 23:12
