No, it's not Alzheimer's at all. The doctor told Tony that it was something called "infarcts", akin to several mini-strokes. He said Junior suffered some brain trauma from this. Dr. Winer also said this can be controlled through medication, which is great news for Junior (and fans of Junior, like me!). He'll be back to his old self before long.
