The guy's name was Big Frank. I don't know what Soprano Family crew he was affiliated with. Paulie, for some reason, tried to make some jokes at his expense in front of everyone at Richie's party.
When Big Frank gave his envelope full o' cash to Richie, Paulie cracked, "It's probably all ones!"
Frank then said to Richie, "You hear, Richie? I'm a grandfather now."
Paulie then said, "Hey, exploitin' medical curiosities is against the law."
Frank shot back, "Is that why they cancelled your mother's audition?"
Which REALLY got to Paulie!
