Ally Boy is, or was, Acting Capo (not Capo), and Richie Aprile was a captain, not soldier. Tony is, according to the FBI, Street Boss, meaning he is calling the shots and pulling the strings, but Junior is still technically the Boss.

Hesh has no Official rank as a member of The Soprano Family. Advisor isn't higher than Capo, as it is not actually a rank within the Mafia hierarchy. Christopher isn't acting Capo, but I think that Tony is running more and more things through his now-squeaky clean nephew, perhaps behind the others' backs--he is nurturing Christopher to eventually become the Family heir.
