Wow Chris, going back to Season 1, Episode 1. The obvious answer is Junior, as a response to Tony as to why he has to whack Little Pussy in Vesuvio.

But, something tells me that it wasn't Junior who said this, rather it was one of Junior's crew...and I just can't remember who it was.
