Junior--Philly Parisi or Junior Aprile--Vito Spatafore?
You got 'em all correct, except these two. In the beginning of Season One, Junior was definitely the capo of his crew. Philly Parisi wouldn't be promoted to capo until after Junior went to prison.
As for the Aprile crew, no new capo has been named to replace the missing Ralph Cifaretto as of the end of Season Four. We'll see what happens in two weeks!
