If you are referring to the two hitmen hired by Junior to kill Tony, you are incorrect. First, only ONE of them died. The other escaped from the botched hit. Second, it wasn't TONY who killed the other guy; his own partner accidentally shot him in the head while he was struggling with Tony.

There are still a few more people that Tony has killed personally.
