As i've stated beofre, I would make the whole of GF4 one big flashback, dealing with all the missing years. I'd also have a story of Vincent set in about 1990 or something, but the idea of Henry Hill is a good one. Then, at the end, i'd have a scene set in the future or about now, where Vincents son becomes a senator or even a president, exactly what vito wanted...
