Ok, I like to think of myself as an Organized Crime buff, but I've never heard of a guy named Frank Delgenio, he was apperantly in the Mafia in the 60's-80's. A friend of mine was grading a report from one of his students and it talked about this guy. He didn't know if he was for real though and asked me, I don't have a clue. Anybody ever heard of Frank Delgenio?
