I've tried asking this before on another website's message board and found absolutley no help, but i have no doubt that'll I'll get help on what I'm looking for here.

I would like to know who these people were in real life:

Mickey Eyes- Who was he based on? Any pictures? His story?
Anthony Stabil- Same w/ him.
Frankie Carbone- I believe he was based on a guy named Angelo Sepe, but im not 100%. Any more info? Pics?
Sonny the bar owner- Wasnt he Paul Vario's cousin or something like that in real life?
Jimmy Two Times- Same w/ him.

also, does anyone know of a website with a picture of Karen Hill, I've never seen what she looks like
