The Chin failed to kill Frank Costello, I want to know if he killed with his own hand someone or if he became a boss without killing anyone John Gotti was with Angelo Ruggiero and Ralph Galione in 1973 when he was "supposed" to make his bones, killing Mc Bratney who was supposed to kidnap and kill a Carlo Gambino`s nephew, but the one who pulled the trigger was Galione, so did John Gotti become a boss without killing anyone by his own?
