There was a scene filmed when Part I was made in which Michael killed Fabrizzio with the very same shotgun that Fabrizzio had in Sicily. (This is the famous picture of Mike wearing a white hat). Sadly, that footage appears to be lost forever, and its not on the DVD extras or in the Saga version.
