GF has been done on the Simpsons at least a few times. There was the scene where a steroid-enhanced Marge beats up some guy exactly as the Sonny beating Carlo scene took place. There was one where Mo was telling bed time stories to the Simpons baby about Fredo, Moe Green, etc.
