How does this plea deal work then? he's admitted he was not insane and they let him of with jail time..?? I think I've missed half a story here someone please explain to me
FH [/b][/quote]It was a typical plea bargain. He was facing up to 20 years, but they let him plead guilty to the charges, and gave him 3. Very common here in the US.
